Processing time and Shipping

Orders can take 10-14 business days processing time depending on design and materials being in stock and 2-5 business days for shipping. The first business day starts the day after you place your order and does not include weekends or holidays. Shipping is only free to Dayton customers by using discount code "PICKUP". 

Procedure

Order is placed online only! Once order and all items for the order is received I will confirm I have everything and ask any additonal questions if necessary. You will receive a preview of your design if you are a new customer. If you are a returning customer with changes to your order I  will also send you a preview. If you are a returning customer with no changes you will not receive a preview unless you ask. For the businesses I service as a vendor no preview will be provided if there is no changes to the items I make for you. Please note: You will not get a day by day or step by step communication of the process. I will inform you of any changes, any delays, etc. 

Once preview has been finalized no additional changes can be made. Your order will then be processed. When it is complete you will be informed by a email. If your order is being shipped you will receive shipping confirmation. If your order is being picked up, I will contact via email you placed your order and arrange pick up time and location. 

If order is not completed correctly, a follow-up email will be sent to correct the order. If the changes are not made, order will not be processed and no refund will be issued. Please add as much detail as you can to the order details or notes section. If any additional details, pictures, etc. are needed they can be emailed to Lovecreatedllc@gmail.com. If you contacted me about a  order through Facebook or IG, your order is not processed until payment is received via my website or invoice.

Return Policy

No refunds or exchanges. I  am not responsible for any shipping delays, damages of goods, or lost packages after it reaches the post office etc. Once you approve your final design and items are printed no changes can be made and no refunds will be issued. A new order would need to be placed if anything was done incorrectly after you approved the final design and items were printed and/or received.
